Master’s and Doctorate-level Internship Applicants:
Thank you for expressing your interest in pursuing a graduate counseling internship with Lantern Lane Farm Counseling.
Our mission is to provide restorative and compassionate care through traditional and equine-assisted counseling services in a peaceful countryside setting. We are looking for internship applicants who will share in this mission with us.
Internship offers tremendous opportunities to grow, both personally and professionally. Among other things, our counseling interns experience:
Clients of all ages who have lived through a myriad of circumstances.
Supportive supervision to help grow you as a clinician.
A collaborative community comprised of other interns and post-masters therapists. We take our work seriously, but we also love to laugh together.
Continuing education opportunities to keep growing your knowledge and skills.
A non-traditional counseling setting that allows for both indoor and outdoor sessions. This also includes the unique option to incorporate horses into therapy sessions.
